I began my career in Houston, earning my U.S. real estate license in 2004, and later established myself in Mérida, Yucatán, where I have worked as a real estate agent since 2007.

I am certified as a Professional Real Estate Agent through CONOCER, the Mexican government entity that officially recognizes professional expertise and skills.

Now based in Austin, Texas, and renewing my Realtor® license, I offer a unique cross-border perspective that helps clients navigate real estate decisions in Mexico and the United States with confidence and clarity.
